If you have lived in California for any length of time you know that, from time to time, droughts are just a way of life.

Even though California is on the heels of its latest drought there are still requirements mandated by the state and the Water Resource Control Board.

James Curatalo Board President for the Cucamonga Valley Water District (CVWD) discussed what it takes to provide residents with clean, affordable water.
