The Buffalo Bills have traded Wide Receiver Sammy Watkins to the Los Angeles Rams in exchange for Cornerback E.J. Gains.

Draft picks were also swapped among the two teams as Buffalo will receive L.A.’s second round pick in the 2018 NFL Draft and the Rams gets the Bills sixth round pick.

Watkins will fill a giant void that L.A. has at the wide receiver position. He’ll be teaming up with his former teammate Robert Woods, who was signed as a free agent earlier this year.

Gains broke out as a rookie in 2014 after filling in for the injured Trumaine Johnson, but then missed all of the 2015 season with a foot injury.
