Remember as a kid when you first learned how to swim, tie your shoes or ride a bike? Times sure have changed.

According to AVG Digital Diaries, an Internet security company, children are more likely to operate a smartphone or computer better than tying their own shoelaces or making themselves breakfast.

A series of studies showed that children can play a computer game better than being able to ride a bike, along with getting onto the Internet than swim unattended.

There was no divide between boys and girls when it came to having technology knowledge, with just as many boys (58 percent) as girls (59 percent) being able to play a computer game or make a mobile phone call.
